WHAT WE OFFER

We do things a little different at Loughton Lofts. Rather than tender our jobs, we keep everything in-house, ensuring that we are in control of each and every step of your loft conversion or extension. By focusing our skills in these areas, we focus on what we do best: creating spaces that work around you, and adding real value to your home.

That’s why on each of our projects you will find Ross and Tony – our company directors – working at every stage, from design to build and beyond.

We create architectural designs which maximise the space you have, working around the current structure of your property.

BUILD

With decades of experience in construction and carpentry between us, we put all of our know-how into building lofts that will last a lifetime.

INTERIOR

From designing bespoke furniture to the painting and decorating, we ensure that all of our projects are finished to our exacting standards.

SPACE PLANNING

Understanding precisely how you want the space to be utilised, we create plans based on how the finished room will function.

PLANNING APPLICATION

Working with our architect, we handle all necessary planning applications in-house to make your life easier.

AFTERCARE

All of our projects benefit from a check-up after 6 months. We come round and make sure everything’s in order!

CONSULTATION

We are happy to offer you a complimentary consultation! One of our company directors will pay you a visit to discuss what you’re looking to do with your home, make suggestions and deliver a quote on the project.

SPACE DESIGN

Upon completion of the structural changes, we will go on a walkthrough of the area. This helps us understand exactly how you want to use the space, right down to where you want the light switches and final furnishings to go.

BUILD

From the staircases to the skylights, skirting to the sockets, we handle all aspects of the build. When necessary we introduce certified electricians, plumbers and other specialist tradesmen to the project.

AFTERCARE

All of our clients benefit from a 6 month health check on their loft after project completion. This is so that we can inspect all wooden fittings for swelling (which takes place in the first 6 months) and repair any defects if necessary.
